The apartments in the "Agriturismo La Gioia Residenza" are available all year round. During the summer season our chef Paolo is looking forward to indulging your palate at dinner-time. Depending on the duration of your stay, a certain number of these dinners is included in the package price as is your daily breakfast basket.

Summer Prices per apartment including:

Also included are:

  • Bathrobes and towels for the pool, bed and bath linen
  • Baby cribs on request
  • Cleaning service and change of towels every 3–4 days (if you stay a week or longer)
  • IVA (VAT), electricity, water, heating, final cleaning

For sojourns shorter than seven days we will be happy to send you an offer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of your booking, we will charge you:

  • up to 3 weeks prior to scheduled arrival: 0% of the package price
  • 20 to 7 days prior to scheduled arrival: 50% of the package price
    6 to 3 days prior to scheduled arrival: 75% of the package price
    2 to 0 days prior to scheduled arrival or in case of early departure: 100% of the package price


With your reservation, you accept the above regulation.
